Dynamic interactive AI: the very thing that Irrational promised us in Bioshock but failed to delivery. I loved playing Bioshock to bits, but I don't think it deserved all the GOTY awards it received. The only time we really saw this symbiotic AI that had relationships with other AI was the Big Daddy/little sister. And that was simply 1 enemy split into 2, not 2 enemies teaming up against you :/

I can't stand people who moan about DLC being announced too early! You have no idea of a game developement cycle works. These things have to be PLANNED and they take longer to make then you realise! Plus, it makes sense to announce DLC plans early: knowing that your game will be supported encourages people to buy!

In all honesty though, I agree with the Sony fanboys on this one. I'd much rather MS used their money investing in upcoming Studios and IPs(as Sony seem to be good at), instead of wasting it on DELAYING content that is going to come out on other platforms anyway :(

Remember that more content, higher detailed models e.t.c. all require more time to make, and more time = more money, so once the production values of the game rises, so does the cost and time. Games are already getting quite expensive to make as it is. Not sayign we should stagnate or anything but it's probably quite beneficial to stick with current gen a little bit longer.
I'm also sure if they released a console 5 years after the 3...
Gears does look pretty amazing but I don't think it's on par with the BF3 and UC3. Not sure about Rage, not been impressed so far, but I'm sure in-game it will also look better then Gears (it better!).
UC3 and BF3 have amazing animations which complete the package.

I actually prefer the old Xbox's custom soundtrack system because it was often intergrated into the game alot better. The problem with universal custom soundtracks is it often plays on top of the games default music, meaning you got both running at once :( And it doesn't fade or go silent during cutscenes which is

I think infrastructure is an interesting point. Remember that on the 360 you can't cross game chat while playing backward compatible games, so that lends some strength to Thor's arguement. Although you could argue that the emulator takes up ram, so who knows.
Clever little ploy, especially since alot of companies do a simular thing.
Biggest flaw? I don't believe "terms and conditions" have any legal weight, therefore although Microsoft are bound by his new "terms and conidiotns" to pay him, they are not bound BY LAW therefore MS will probably owe him $50 billion for the rest of his life, and the court doesn't have to enforce it.

Not sure what to make of it. Some of them sound good. Quick Draw anyone? Killstreaks from assists? Faster weapon switching? Yes please. Faster aiming down the sights sounds like it could cause some "inconsistancies".
